I can't recommend Ward Kitchen & Bath enough. At the initial meeting with Greg and Kim, I was instantly impressed with the level of excitement they had for my project. Their excitement continued throughout the entire project. Originally I had designed all elements of my bathroom/laundry room remodel. Kim's design sense and willingness to share helped me add design elements that took my project from functional to awesome. Kim took the time to understand me and what I wanted. Her advise was always inline with my vision. Greg offered advise that made my impossible design actually work. The project ran smoothly with no frustration on my part. There were absolutely no surprises or deviations to the contract and it wrapped up on schedule. One more thing, when you have people coming into your house to work on your project you have to be careful. Never once did I feel uncomfortable with them or any of their workers in my house while I was there or when they were there on their own. Talk to these guys, I'm sure you will agree that they're awesome from start to finish.
We used Ward Kitchen and Bath, Inc. to complete our master bath remodel. From the beginning, I loved working with Kim. She gave great ideas for our remodel. She listened to what my vision was, and helped guide me through this process. Whenever we had a question, Kim and Greg were quick to respond. All their workers were so kind, efficient, and completed high-quality work. I loved seeing the process along the way, and how all the workers kept the work area neat and clean. Our bathroom is beautiful.
We would highly recommend choosing Ward Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling project. Kim and Greg are wonderful to work with - very open to your ideas and budget. All of their sub-contractors were very professional and very skilled. Extremely pleased with their final results.

Back in January, we wrapped up our bathroom remodel project with Ward Kitchen & Bath. It was the most positive experience we have ever had with a home project.
Back up a few years ago- we had someone come in and do a "budget job." That budget job lasted a month before tile started breaking, grout started cracking, we got a bonus shower in the basement...It was a horrible experience that left us incredibly nervous to do another home project, and it made us lose any excitement we had for our home. However, Ward K&B came to the rescue!
We had to gut the whole main bath- they not only provided design advice, and excellent craftsmanship, they held our hands and made us feel safe through the whole project- knowing we had a traumatic remodel experience in the past. As a client, I actually feel privileged that they took us into their business family as much as I feel happy and secure with out decision to choose them! I am absolutely in love with my home again and looking forward to more projects!
I waited a few months to complete this review to have the opportunity to live in the remodel a little before coming to any conclusions. We have had a few user error hiccups (we had windows replaced with this project and a shower drain scare) and Ward K&B has answered every call and taken the time to re-educate us, always being patient and understanding. Not only is the work quality something we are impressed with daily- but their commitment to us after the project is done is incredible!
Kim and Greg recently completed a master bath remodel for us. From the moment we met, we knew we wanted to work with them. They were so down-to-earth, easy to relate / talk to, and the utmost professionals. They brought awesome ideas to the table - especially when we were stuck - and engaged us 100% in every decision. They are knowledgeable about products and vendors, and were extremely organized and efficient from the start. They laid out a weekly timeframe and budget and did not waiver from it. They were excellent communicators - which has not been our past experience in working with contractors - so we always knew what would be happening and when. Quality each step of the way was top notch - and they consistently checked in to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Kim and Greg - and will plan to use them again for future projects.
Kim and Greg both listened very carefully to what our needs and wants were for our bathroom remodel and offered sensitive solutions and good suggestions. Their subcontractors and work crew did quality work and cleaned up very well after themselves which was greatly appreciated. Good quality products, such as our tile and plumbing fixtures, were used. Our new washer and dryer that were installed are very efficient as well. We’re very pleased with the final look of our bathroom/laundry room combination.
Ward Kitchen & Bath recently updated my main bathroom and I'm THRILLED with the results. Kim was wonderful with helping me with the design and listening to my ideas.
Greg and his team did beautiful work. They were patient, very accommodating and the work was of the best quality.

I wanted my bathroom remodeled as it had very dated old bathtub, wallpaper and shower. Kim and Greg are fantastic . Kim is a talented and experienced decorator and walked me through the design. It was so much fun shopping together for the tiles, fixtures and color schemes. She has the designer eye. Greg was in the job supervising and actually doing the work. All the details were taken care of. The contractors used were all professional and excellent at their job. My new bathroom is spectacular and I would highly recommend Greg and Kim Ward for any remodeling project. They kept me informed of who and when contractors would be working and they would reliably do what they said they would do. Five stars!
Kim and Greg came over and designed us an amazing kitchen! They came up with ideas that I never would have thought of. They covered all of our needs and then some. We got the kitchen of our dreams within our budget. Their craftsman were amazing too! I highly recommend using them.
